Rebekah Kirkwood joined Realty Capital in 2026 as Director of Investments, where she manages the firm's relationships with its existing investors and cultivates new investor relationships. Drawing on more than a decade of hands-on commercial real estate and construction experience, she offers investors real insight into how each project is planned, built, and executed, bridging the firm's development work and its investment community. Prior to joining Realty Capital, Rebekah served as Director of Project Management for the Texas region of Gardiner & Theobald, a global construction and real estate consultancy, where she launched and built the firm's Texas office from the ground up, growing it into a profitable, market-recognized business in under five years and leading a team of project managers across Dallas, Austin, and Houston. Earlier in her career, she worked on the Google account for Gardiner & Theobald overseeing a 1.4 million square foot office development in Manhattan, and led a multi-phased construction project at Fox News Channel's global headquarters in Manhattan. Rebekah graduated with honors from Southern Methodist University, where she competed as an NCAA Division I rower.
