Realty Capital, a Dallas/Fort Worth-based development firm, was founded in 1987. Realty Capital is an employee-owned firm managed by its three directors, Richard Myers, Jimmy Archie, and Tim Coltart. Since its formation, Realty Capital has developed nearly 200 projects in Texas and Colorado, with assets totaling more than $5 billion. Realty Capital develops and invests in multi-family and commercial projects in Texas, Colorado, New Mexico, and Florida. 

Through its affiliated companies, Realty Capital has expanded its platform to include multifamily development and hospitality operations. Realty Capital Residential (RCR) currently has more than 750 apartment homes under construction or management, while Suburban Life Hospitality Group (SLHG) develops, owns, and operates restaurant concepts in Texas and Colorado.

Realty Capital is partnered with industry leaders including Hillwood Residential, ArchCo Residential, Stoneleigh Companies and Real Capital Solutions.

Current land holdings total approximately 2,000 acres of prime commercial and residential tracts in various stages of development throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Over 40 development projects are overseen by the Realty Capital team of developers and property managers including single-family, retail, professional office, medical and large-scale master-planned residential communities.
