Bob Moore oversees the day-to-day operations for a number of Realty Capital’s income-producing properties. Expediting tenant requests, rent collections and coordinating property maintenance are just a small part of Bob’s responsibilities. In addition, Bob focuses on tenant retention, annual expense budgeting, bidding and negotiating vendor contracts and invoice approval and payments. He also manages third-party properties with proven success in tenant retainage and owner profitability.
Bob joined Realty Capital in 2005 and has worked with developers in planning and construction management including handling city and municipal issues, the creation of two Fresh Water Supply Districts and negotiating and managing bank loans. His expertise in property management has included the management of The Venue at Hometown, a large mixed-use development with responsibilities in overseeing tenant finish out, leasing and management of 190 apartment units.
Prior to joining Realty Capital, Bob was in the commercial banking industry serving as a loan officer and branch manager servicing commercial and retail accounts. He is a decorated veteran who has accumulated over 20,000 hours as a Command Pilot for the U.S. Air Force and as a pilot and Captain for American Airlines.
Bob is a graduate of Millsaps College in Jackson, Mississippi with Bachelor of Arts degrees in Accounting and Business Administration.
