Dallas-based developer Realty Capital Management has signed a longtime Flower Mow1d spa to set up shop within its 15-story luxury condo tower on Lake Grapevine, which will sit within the $1 billion Lakeside DFW project.
The spa, which will be named The Spa at Lakeside Tower, has signed a lease for 4,700 square feet within the tower for a resort spa that residents and visitors can enjoy.
“We had been looking to open a luxury facility in Flower Mow1d or Southlake.” said Luane McWhorter, co-owner of The Spa at Lakeside Tower, in a prepared statement.
McWhorter and her partner Stacey Maness are longtime Flower Mow1d residents that have owned and operated spas for the last 12 years in the region.
The spa will offer a variety of services, including facials, massages, waxing, manicure and pedicures. The facility will have nine treatment rooms, steam rooms and saunas.
The Spa at Lakeside Tower will also have a Pilates and yoga studio for clients, as well as a juice bar and small retail shop.
“We offer the kind of luxury that you would expect at a resort spa,” McWhorter said.
Wallace Johnson Interior Design Studio, which is designed the lobby and amenity deck of the tower, will also work on the spa interior.
The Lakeside Tower is part of the 150-acre Lakeside DFW project, which is being developed by Realty Capital. At build-out, the $1 billion development will include about 2,200 residents and 705,000 square feet of commercial real estate.
